Coordination of technical personnel (mechanical, electronic, vacuum experts and automation and control systems), and - on special projects - of researchers/technologists; experts of ion sources physics, students, PhD and postdocs

1 January 2020-today: National Responsible/Spokeperson of the PANDORA_Gr3 experiment/collaboration, approved by 3rd Nat. Sci. Comm. of INFN. Involved sections/groups from: INFN-LNS, INFN-LNL, INFN-Bologna, INFN-Perugia, INFN-TIFPA, with about 24 FullTimeEquiv. staff in 2021-22,> 50 researchers and technologists involved in Italy, >70 the overall collaboration.

2012 - 2017 Temporary Staff Researcher @ Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare – Laboratori Nazionali del Sud, Catania

Participation in the design and construction of the European Spallation Source proton source (PS-ESS); numerical modeling and theoretical study of plasma excitation mechanisms through the flexible magnetic system of PS-ESS. Coordination of the installation of the Flexible Plasma Trap at the LNS, as a testbench for the development of plasmas useful for PS-ESS.

Particle Accelerators and Plasma Based Ion sources; microwave-plasma interaction and plasma diagnostics methods.
